South Africa head coach Duncan Crowie has said his players will give their all in the Group B clash against Nigeria on Saturday.
The Amajimbos lost their opening game at the 2023 Africa U-17 Cup of Nations 1-0 to Morocco.
Crowie’s boys, however, bounced back with a 3-2 victory against COSAFA rivals, Zambia on Wednesday night.
The Amajimbos currently occupy the third position behind Nigeria’s Golden Eaglets in the group.
The clash against Nigeria will determine who joins Morocco in the quarter-finals of the competition.
“Nothing is done yet. This is a tough group and anything can happen. We still have work to do but at least now we have a win to work with. We will just need a draw in that match to get through,” Crowie told CAFonline.
The game will hold at the Stade Mohamed Hamlaoui, Constantine.
