Chelsea legend, John Terry, has named AC Milan legend, Paolo Maldini, as his best defender ever in football.
Terry also revealed that Paris Saint-Germain’s Lionel Messi and Barcelona legend, Ronaldinho, are the hardest players he ever played against during his football career.
In an Instagram Q&A, Terry was asked to name his best defender ever and the former England international wrote, “Paolo Maldini.”
Also, when asked to name the hardest player he played against, Terry replied, “Messi and Ronaldinho.”
Meanwhile, Terry retired from playing football in 2018.
He won four English Premier League titles, four FA Cups, three League Cups and guided Chelsea to their maiden UEFA Champions League triumph in the 2011-12 season.
