Kano Govt sacks Pillars NPFL Interim Team

Date:

The Kano State government has relieved the interim management committee of the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) club, Kano Pillars, of their duties.

State Commissioner for Youths and Sports, Mustpaha Rabiu Kwankwaso, cited the expiration of their tenure as the reason for their dismissal in a statement.

Kwankwaso instructed the outgoing management to promptly hand over the club’s affairs to the most senior civil servant associated with Kano Pillars.
