Lagos Masters Welcomes Raal La Louvière Delegates Julien Nze and Evans Swen

The organizers of the Lagos Masters Scouting Tournament 3.0, BG Sports Management, proudly welcomed two distinguished representatives from Belgian club Raal La Louvière — Julien Nze, Assistant Sporting Director, and Evans Swen, Scout — as part of the growing international presence at this year’s prestigious tournament.

Their arrival highlights the Lagos Masters’ rising status as one of Africa’s most respected and professionally organized scouting tournaments, bridging African grassroots football with top European clubs and agents.

Speaking during the opening rounds in Lagos, Evans Swen expressed his admiration for the structure, coordination, and level of football talent on display.

“I am truly impressed by what I’ve seen so far,” Evans said. “The Lagos Masters is a well-organized event that offers a professional platform for young African players to be seen by European clubs. The competition is intense, and the passion from these boys is inspiring.”

He emphasized that structured scouting events like the Lagos Masters are key to creating real opportunities for African talents.

“This is the kind of initiative football in Africa needs,” Evans added. “It gives exposure to players who deserve to be seen, and I commend BG Sports Management for creating this pathway.”

Julien Nze, Assistant Sporting Director of Raal La Louvière, also praised the hospitality of the hosts and the professionalism of the entire setup.

The Lagos Masters Scouting Tournament, organized by BG Sports Management, continues to attract representatives from leading European clubs and football agencies. The 2025 edition features participants from:

• FC Oleksandriya (Ukraine): Viktor Bytsyura (Head Scout)
