Barcelona president, Joan Laporta, has urged Xavi Hernandez to change his mind about leaving the club at the end of this season.
Xavi revealed in January that he will be stepping down as head coach in the summer.
The 44-year-old would be walking away despite having a contract until 2025 at the Nou Camp.
Laporta has now called on the club legend to consider staying.

“I’d really, really, really like Xavi to change his mind and stay as Barça manager.
“I won’t put pressure on Xavi. It depends on him, he’s aware of my desire for him to stay here.
“We will see at the end of the season,” Laporta told Mundo Deportivo.
