Lionel Messi has revealed this season’s World Cup may’ve been his last.
The former Barcelona captain has left PSG and will continue his career in the US with Inter Miami.
Messi made the admission while in China this week for a sponsor promotion.
Asked if he would defend Argentina’s crown at the 2026 World Cup, Messi told Titan Sports: “I think not.
“This was my last World Cup. I will see how things happen, but in principle no, I will not go to the next World Cup.”
