Consistent with its resolve to build followership for the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) through extensive media reach, matches of the newly introduced NPFL Youth League will be streamed live.
This follows the firming up of a deal between the NPFL and Modzero Media to produce and stream live matches and highlights from the zonal qualifiers holdng from February 1-3.
This development has been confirmed by the NPFL Youth League Committee Chairman, Pastor Emeka Inyama, who didn’t hide his excitement at securing the broadcast arrangement.
“This will obviously add value to youth games across the country and for the young players, it will build their profile with digital footprints online”, Inyama told NPFL Media.
Based on the arrangement, Modzero Media would be producing the matches for live broadcast on YouTube, while the links will be made available ahead of the games starting February 1.

There will be live games from three centres and game highlights would be mads available from two other centres.
Reacting to the development, the NPFL chairman Hon Gbenga Elegbeleye expressed appreciation to Modzero Media for the partnership, assuring that the League Board and Management would work with them to make the event a huge success.
Modzero Media representative, Victor Modo said the company found it worthwhile to identify with a project that promotes youth competition which holds the key to the future of football in the country.
According to programme of events announced by the organisers, teams representing the 20 NPFL clubs would be arriving their zones from January 30.
