The superlative new form of Super Eagles attacking midfielder Alexander Iwobi has caught the attention of
French Ligue One side Monaco.
The former Arsenal product has been outstanding for Everton manager Frank Lampard and is showing career-best form this season.
According to Turkish transfer expert, Ekrem Konur reports Monaco are scouting Iwobi.
The Nigerian has scored one goal and provided six assists in 14 competitive games this season.
Iwobi, who joined Everton from Arsenal in the summer of 2019, has a contract with Everton until the summer of 2024.
Only recently, the Toffees began new contract talks with the Nigerian.
Sources informed that preliminary negotiations about a new deal are underway with the Super Eagles midfielder.
Meanwhile, Iwobi’s current deal – said to be worth £90,000 per week – runs until 2024.
