New clubside Franceex United FC unveiled in Lagos, set target for promotion to NNL

Lagos is steadily reclaiming its status as Nigeria’s football capital with the launch of Franceex United FC.

The club, based in Ajegunle, will participate in the Nigerian Nationwide League One.

Speaking at the unveiling in Lagos, the founder and club president of Franceex United FC, Hon Francis Bartholomew Chima AKA (Omo Barca), emphasized that one of the club’s main goals is to nurture, manage, and promote the talents of its players.

He also disclosed that the club’s vision extends beyond being a football powerhouse; it aims to serve as a source of inspiration for our players, shaping them into outstanding individuals who will make a positive difference in society.

“As we pursue excellence, our primary objective is to establish a legacy characterized by integrity, resilience, and community involvement, acting as a guiding light for aspiring young footballers throughout Africa.”

“With our talented roster, we have the potential to secure promotion slots. While it may be challenging, I am confident that we can achieve unexpected success,” Hon Chima stated.
