Corporate partners of the Nigeria Football Federation have stepped up to offer incentives, motivating the Super Eagles to secure all three points in their 2026 FIFA World Cup Qualifier against Zimbabwe this evening at the Godswill Akpabio Stadium in Uyo.
Nigerian Breweries, through its brands Goldberg, Life Continental, and Zagg Energy Drink, is sponsoring the Man-of-the-Match award with a cash prize of one million naira. The winner will receive the dummy cheque on the pitch immediately after the final whistle.
Similarly, Carloha, the official automobile partner of the NFF and the National Teams, will sponsor the Chery Most Valuable Player award, also worth one million naira. The MVP will be presented with a cheque on the pitch post-match.
Sports journalists covering the game will be responsible for selecting both the Man-of-the-Match and the Most Valuable Player.
