Nigeria vs Ghana, Mali: We’re missing four players – Super Eagles coach, Finidi George

Interim coach of Super Eagles, Finidi George, has said that his team is missing four players through injury ahead of Nigeria’s international friendly matches against Ghana and Mali.

Nigeria will be without players like Victor Osimhen, Taiwo Awoniyi, Gabriel Osho, and Tyronne Ebuehi due to injury.

However, despite these setbacks, George expressed confidence in his squad’s ability to represent Nigeria proudly.

“We will be missing four players who have pulled out due to injury, but I have confidence in the team that we have here that they will wear the green-white-green with pride and with patriotic fervor,” Grorge told NFF’s official website.

The Super Eagles will face Ghana on Friday and Mali on Tuesday in Marrakech, Morocco.

As of Wednesday morning, only defender Bright Osayi-Samuel was being expected in the Adam Park Hotel of the Super Eagles in Marrakech, with 21 players having settled in.
