Nilayo Sports Management Company Limited, the organisers of the Access Bank Lagos City Marathon, has announced Valuejet as the official airline partner for the race’s 10th anniversary.
Valuejet, one of Nigeria’s fastest-growing indigenous airlines, joins a distinguished lineup of partners dedicated to maintaining the Lagos City Marathon’s reputation as Africa’s premier road race.
With over 4,000 international athletes and 400 elite runners expected at the event, Valuejet will bring its cutting-edge aviation services to support the marathon.
Mrs. Yetunde Olopade, CEO of Nilayo Sports Management, expressed excitement about the partnership, calling it a significant milestone for the marathon. “The partnership with Valuejet underscores the growing confidence Corporate Nigeria has in the Lagos City Marathon,” she said.

The Access Bank Lagos City Marathon, a Gold Label race, will take place on February 15, 2025, and is set to feature top international athletes, sports administrators, and running enthusiasts from around the globe.
