NPFL: Efala Targets Away Point against Abia Warriors in Okigwe

Akwa United goalkeeper JEAN Efala Komguep has said that team will pick away point in their matchday 17 against Abia Warriors in Okigwe tomorrow if they will focus with dertermination.

Akwa United is currently 4th position in the Nigeria Profession Football League table after beating Wikki tourist of Bauchi 2-0 at home during the week.

According to him in a brief chat with SportsDayonline.com recently, Efala maintained that they would share point in Okigwe if possible pick the available three points by the end of the day.

According to him, ” Akwa has all it takes to stand out in the ongoing league this season. they signed the best legs in Nigeria market including the goalkeepers too.

“I see no reason why we cannot pick away point before the end of this first round of the league. We are not doing badly and by the special grace of God we will return to the top before the last 2 games to end the first round of the season.

speaking on the opponent, the Cameroonian International maintained they are a good side having playing in the senior league in Nigeria, adding that the best will take it all at the last blow.

“I know Abia Warriors are good side because they are playing in the NPFL and not doing badly at all but i think we are far better in all,” Efala Added.
