NPFL: IMC announces new date for Super Six again

The Interim Management Committee (IMC) has once again announced a new kick-off date for the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) Super Six competition.

The tournament which will determine the winner of the 2022/23 season has been postponed twice.

The Mobolaji Johnson Arena in Onikan, Lagos, remains the venue of the competition.

The competition, according to the IMC, will end on June 11.

Only Group A leaders, Bendel Insurance, have qualified for the competition.

The five other teams will be known this weekend after the conclusion of matchday 18 games.

The winner and second-place team in the Super Six will represent Nigeria in the CAF Champions League next season.

The third-place team will compete in the CAF Confederation Cup.
