NPFL: Kwara United unveils Mohammed as new technical adviser

Nigeria Professional Football League club, Kwara United have unveiled Azeez Audu Mohammed as their new technical adviser.

The Ilorin club settled for the little-known gaffer after erstwhile handler, Abdullahi Usman Biffo left the post following the expiration of his three years contract.

Biffo guided the Afonja Warlords to fourth position in the NPFL last season.

Mohammed was presented to the media and fans in Ilorin on Wednesday afternoon.

Kwara United will campaign in the CAF Confederation Cup next season.

Mohammed’s first official game in charge of Kwara United will be the CAF Confederation Cup preliminary round fixture against AS Douanes of the Niger Republic.

The first leg and the reverse fixture will be played next month.
