Nwankwo Kanu’s House Burgled, Trophies Stolen

 News making the rounds has it that the Victoria Island home (Hardly Apartments) of former Super Eagles captain, Nwankwo Kanu was allegedly bulged on Monday and his medals, trophies and other valuables carted away.

Unconfirmed report says, this has left the Arsenal legend devastated. According to report the two time African Footballer of the Year says, “This is the saddest day of my life.”

The 1996 Olympic gold medal winning skipper is looking pained and helpless according to reliable sources close to him. It is not clear if the matter has been reported to the police as the former Inter Milan and Ajax ace forward is depressed.
