Despite playing on a neutral ground Rivers United forward Joseph Onoja is optimistic that they would leave no stone untuned as they are ready to take the bull by the horn by picking the available three points against Al Masry in the first round of the Caf Confederation play off billed for Enyimba International Stadium aba on Sunday 4pm.
Rivers United lost out of the Caf Champions league before joining Enyimba International in the Confederation race kick off which will kick across the Africa this weekend.
Onoja told SportsDay yesterday in a brief chat that, “Whether a neutral ground Aba is now our stadium for the CAF competition and we must put our best to make we maintain our home winning mentality.
“We are ready to hold the bull by the horn. the fact is that we the players understand what is on the ground and we are going to pick our home points while hoping to gain more away by next weekend.
“The players are in good health and focused for the task ahead. As you can see if just finished training and if you ask me i will say we are ready to go. Joseph Onoja said.
