Osimhen Clinches Best Foreign Athlete Award In Italy

Super Eagles forward Victor Osimhen has been named the best foreign player in Italy by the Foreign Press Association.

The Nigerian striker who is the most sort after striker in the world right now has hit world-class status following repeated 10/10 performances.

Victor Osimhen has grabbed the headlines after breaking and setting new records. He became just the only player in Napoli’s history to score in 8-straight Serie A games.

He also became the youngest player to score in 8 consecutive Serie A games alongside Roberto Muzzi. He currently tops the Serie A scoring chart with 19 goals.

And his incredible form has been rewarded by the Foreign Press Association who crowned the Nigerian as the best foreign player of the year.

His Italian club, Napoli, confirmed the award.

This is the second global award this season, earlier in the year Victor Osimhen was named the emerging player of the year beating off competition from Gavi.
