With all her focus now set on another gold when she plays in the final on Sunday, and a place at the World Championships, Bolaji continues to inspire and elevate Nigeria’s presence in the global para-badminton scene.
The badminton contingent has attended three tournaments within four months under the leadership of Chairman Shehu Dikko and Director General Bukola Olopade at the National Sports Commission.
Through strategic investments, increased international exposure, and enhanced athlete development programs, the NSC is ensuring that Nigerian athletes receive the necessary support to compete and excel on the global stage.
The Commission’s proactive approach, which has already seen the badminton contingent participate in three international tournaments within four months, underscores its dedication to securing world championship qualifications, boosting rankings, and fostering a new era of sporting excellence in Nigeria.
