Cortina d’Ampezzo is a world-famous ski resort town set in the heart of the Dolomites in northern Italy’s Veneto region. Surrounded by dramatic mountain peaks, it has earned global recognition as one of the most prestigious destinations for winter sports.

Chief Solomon Ogba continues to play a prominent role in sports leadership both at home and abroad. He currently serves as the First Vice President of the Nigeria Olympic Committee (NOC), where he contributes to shaping the nation’s Olympic movement.
In addition, he is a member of the Commonwealth Games Federation (CGF) Governance and Integrity Committee, a position he will hold until May 2028.
