‎Prosperity Cup organizers celebrate Dr Singabele at 70

‎The Central Organizing Committee, COC of Nigeria’s biggest grassroots football spectacle, the Bayelsa Governor’s Football Tournament, tagged the Prosperity Cup, has congratulated the proprietor of Krusaders FC of Peretorugbene on the auspicious occasion of his 70th birthday anniversary.

‎The COC in a statement signed by the Deputy Director General, Mr Perela Aboro and Tournament Director, Mr. Ebi Avi, described him as an excellent administrator whose experience speaks volume of his achievements.

‎It commended the celebrant for his passion, and commitment to grassroots football in the State, particularly his prioritisation of football as a means of addressing youth restiveness in Bayelsa.

‎The statement acknowledged Singabele’s exemplary leadership and unwavering dedication to public service, highlighting his role in advancing the sports sector, adding that the former Head of Service has distinguished himself as a statesman.

‎According to the statement, Dr Singabele has over the years used his platform, Krusaders FC, to positively engage the youths in the State with Krusaders FC becoming a household name in the nation having won the State FA Cup.

‎”We wish Dr. Peter Singabele sound health of mind and body, wisdom, and strength to further serve humanity and contribute to the advancement of both the state and the nation, particularly the sports sector”

‎”On behalf of the COC and the entire Prosperity Cup team, we extend our heartfelt congratulations to our leader, father, Dr Peter Singabele, mni, on his 70th birthday” the statement notes.

‎”As you mark this milestone, we honour and celebrate your quiet strength, resilience, and devotion to our great State and nation. You have touched the lives of many youths in the State with your team, Krusaders FC by giving them a platform to showcase themselves to the world”, the statement said.

‎”We honor an exceptional leader whose vision and commitment to the progress of our state will always be remembered for his impactful leadership as a public servant” the COC stated.
