Brazil football legend, Pele, is backing his country to win the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.
The 82-year-old expects Selecao to lift a record-extending sixth title.
According to Pele, he has full confidence in head coach Tite’s 26-man squad.
Pele – who led the South American country to triumph in 1958, 1962 and 1970 – shared his thoughts on Instagram.
“The last time I wore the shirt of the Brazilian team we inaugurated the three stars above the crest.
“Now we have five. I can’t wait to add the sixth star,” he wrote.
Brazil are top of the FIFA rankings going into the tournament and their superb unbeaten run in qualifying have made them the bookmakers’ favourites.
They begin their campaign against Serbia on 24 November. They also face Switzerland and Cameroon in Group G.
