Reminder: World Athletics Championships Oregon22 – media accreditation and accommodation deadline getting closer

A reminder to written press journalists and photographers wishing to cover the World Athletics Championships Oregon 22 to be held on 15-24 July 2022 that they can register online for accreditation.

In order to access the World Athletics online media accreditation system, written press journalists and photographers will need a specific access code. If you wish to attend and do not have an access code, please contact your national athletics federation. For World Athletics Championships, media country quotas are applied.

Media accreditation deadline: 25 March 2022

Official media accommodation requests can be submitted through the media accreditation system.

The deadline for media accommodation is 25 February 2022.

A 50% deposit will be required to be paid before this date to secure your accommodation. The local organising committee (LOC) will issue the invoice and charge the deposit only after the accreditation request has been approved by World Athletics.

Reservations are subject to a minimum stay of seven nights and requests will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. The payment policies are defined in the accommodation request form.
