Super Falcons have been told to fight to the finish and at least win a match to serve as consolation in the ongoing Revelation Cup in Mexico. Former international and former Super Falcons Coach Eucharia Uche gave the charge while assessing the team’s performance in the 4-Nations tournament that has seen the Randy Waldrum tutored side lose two matches out of three against Mexico and Colombia respectively.
The team will filing out against Costa Rica in the last match later today and Uche believes it is not wonderful to play three matches and lose all.

Falcons have recorded seven consecutive defeats in recent time with their last victory dating back to last year thanks to a lone goal victory over Indomitable Lionesses of Cameroon the quarterfinals of the Women Nations cup in Morocco.
“It won’t be nice to go to a tournament play three matches and lose all,” Uche, a former Falcons head coach said on Brila FM.
“At least it’s a consolation game they should go all out for it at least for prestige sake, to redeem their image for our name sake. They should go all out and have a win, it won’t be a bad one.”
Despite the back to back defeats however team goalie says the team will continue to work hard as a team admitting though that the loses were disappointing.
“A disappointing result today, but we will continue to work hard as a team to reach our goals ❤🦅” she submitted shortly after the lone goal loss to Colombia Saturday. Some believe that the Falcons will need a lot of tinkering into shape ahead of the FIFA Women World Cup in New Zealand and Australia later this year.
