Serie A: Milan and Napoli battle for Gent striker Orban, Champions League progression

Date:

AC Milan are going to be battling three times on the pitch in the next month and they will also be battling in the transfer market for a Nigerian striker, Gift Orban.

Considering the success of one Nigerian striker at Napoli in the form of Victor Osimhen, it is very easy to immediately imagine Orban becoming just as good if he heads to Serie A.

As Calciomercato.it has reported, the 20-year-old striker is capturing the imagination of many teams, including the Italian champions and the Italian champions in waiting.

He is currently playing for KAA Gent in Belgium and he has scored seven goals and got one assist in just six Jupiler Pro League appearances. He has also netted five times in four Europa Conference League matches, so his numbers are prolific right now.

It is his first season at Gent and many think that he could already be destined for a move away.
