Smart City Captain Eyes NNL Ticket – As City Sink Iganmu fc in NLO Clash

Smart city captain Tunde Adejokun, has said that, the only thing in their minds is to win a ticket to the NNL at the end of the NLO season.

Adejokun made this bold statement after their resounding 2-0 victory over hard fighting Iganmu fc, at the Teslim Balogun stadium recently.

The ever dedicated and hard working captain, who was full of joy over the victory added, that, winning a ticket in their first season in the NLO will be a gracious achievement.

“First and foremost, I want to thank God for the victory against Iganmu fc, this victory has further strengthened our ambition towards winning a ticket to the NNL” he said.

“It was a good game, our opponents gave us a good fight, but we were better and we deserved our victory”
“We will not relent in our efforts in the quest for a promotion ticket to the NNL, so we will quickly put this victory behind us and focus on the next game, which is very important” he added.

“We will continue to give our best in every game, we will battle hard with all we have and I know by the grace of God, we will triumph at the end of the season” he concluded.
Meanwhile, smart city will clash with magic stars fc in their next game away from home, at the Nitel playing field, oshodi, Lagos state.
