SPOCS SCOUTING TOURNEY: Four Foreign Clubs Confirm Their Participation

No fewer than four top foreign teams have confirmed their readiness to be part of the widely publicized SPOCS Scouting.

Tournament.

The program, which will hold from October 2 to October 5, 2023, at the state-of-the-art sports facility of Remo Stars FC stadium, at Ikenne, Ogun state, has attracted attention from both home and abroad as the D-day draw closer.

Top amongst the list of visiting clubs that have confirmed their participation are: Red Star Belgrade FC Serbia, Lugano FC Switzerland, Vancouver Whitecaps FC Canada and Chicago Fire FC USA.

Meanwhile, two other big teams from central Europe are also being expected to join the fray before the close of things, we are told.

The program, which will go down as one of the biggest scouting tournaments in the country, will witness an avalanche of teams as well over 28 clubs are billed to participate at the 4-day event.

“We are simply just crossing the T’s and dotting our I’s now said SPOCS CEO/Founder, Sascha Empacher.

“I’m ready to come with my team to see you guys play, exciting talents that Nigeria has, one of the best, if not the best team in Africa.

“We are willing to help you guys move to the next level of playing in top teams in Europe and America.

“I wish you guys the best of luck and see you soon”, he concluded.

Meanwhile, SPOCS Nigeria host, Agbejoye Gbenga, charged teams to take advantage of this ample opportunity by ensuring they present the very best.

“This is a unique opportunity for every team that will be participating in this scouting tournament.

“We took our time to select the teams that will partake at the program, based on antecedents, performance, we expect nothing but the best from all sides.

“I enjoin you all to take advantage of the occasion to showcase the stuffs you are made of”, Agbejoye stated.

Amongst the top partners of SPOCS in most of their projects is Hussain Sherrif of Desential Sports and Adebayo James of BGC Management.
