Super 6: Sunshine Stars Hold Remo Stars

Sunshine Stars of Akure on Wednesday rallied back to hold Remo Stars to a draw in the second game of the match day of the Nigeria Premier League Super.

The game which was held at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena witnessed the Ikenne-based club dominating the first stanza of the game.

Their efforts paid off in the 12th minute through Samuel Anakwe who broke the deadlock and Remo Stars continued their domination but missed numerous chances.

Sunshine Stars seized control of the second half and got their deserved equalizer in the 47th minute through Lucky Gyang.

Remo Stars has 3 points after 3 rounds of games and Sunshine Stars possessed 2 points.
