Transfer: AC Milan re-affirm bid for €35m star Chukwueze

Super Eagles winger Samuel Chukwueze is still a top target on the shopping list of AC Milan.

Milan is in search of a new right-winger after Brahim Diaz officially returned to Real Madrid and Junior Messias is set to leave as well. They have several targets, with Chukwueze at the top of the list.

Diaz was converted from a No.10 to a right-winger during the second half of this past season and he did very well. With his return to Real Madrid, Milan will have to find a replacement and the remaining right-wingers could also leave.

Calciomercato published a summary on their side, providing the latest updates on some of the Rossoneri’s targets plus Messias and Alexis Saelemaekers.

Junior Messias: He’s on the market and Torino has asked for information on the player, even if there are no negotiations yet.

Alexis Saelemaekers: He’s unhappy with the lack of playing time and could end up leaving, although Milan is also willing to keep him. With the right offer, he could be sold. He has suitors in Bundesliga.

Christian Pulisic: The relations with Chelsea are excellent and Milan talked about the Americans. They could satisfy his request of €4m per year but the problem is the competition, with Juventus also interested.

Samuel Chukwueze: The top target for Milan, Villarreal wants around €35m for the Nigerian, though, and the winger also has admirers in the Premier League.

Reiss Nelson: He’s yet to sign a new contract with Arsenal and Milan is lurking in the background, having also made an offer.

Gustav Isaksen: He’s appreciated by the scouting department but for now, Milan just fond of the plays is yet to initiate any concrete steps.
