Manchester United have agreed on personal terms with Ajax winger Antony to join the Premier League giants on a five-year deal, keeping him at Old Trafford until 2027.
Man United are now preparing a new €90 million offer to try and tempt Ajax this week for Antony’s signature.
This claim was made by respected football transfer expert, Nicolo Schira, in a tweet via his Twitter handle on Monday.
“#Antony is getting closer and closer to #ManchesterUnited from #Ajax for €90M. Agreed personal terms for a contract until 2027,” Schira tweeted.
Antony is in favour of a move to Man United this summer to reunite with his former manager Erik ten Hag at the Red Devils.
The Brazilian was left out of Ajax’s Eredivisie squad that defeated Sparta Rotterdam 1-0 on Sunday.
