Transfer: Arsenal make higher bid for Osimhen than PSG

Date:

Arsenal remain keen on signing Victor Osimhen from Napoli this summer and are reportedly offering a higher transfer fee than Paris Saint-Germain.

According to Italy-based Radio Radio, Arsenal is prepared to pay more for Osimhen compared to PSG.

However, the Premier League club is proposing a lower salary package for the Nigerian striker.

Osimhen, who signed a new contract with Napoli in December 2023, has an annual salary of €10 million and a release clause set between €120-130 million.

As of now, no club has met this asking price, leading Napoli to consider lower offers.

PSG’s bid of €80 million has already been rejected by Napoli. Arsenal’s offer is said to exceed PSG’s bid, but the Gunners are not matching PSG’s salary proposal.
