Chelsea has finalized the acquisition of goalkeeper Filip Jørgensen from Villarreal, according to football transfer expert Fabrizio Romano.
Romano announced on X that Chelsea will pay a transfer fee of €24.5 million for the Danish goalkeeper.

The deal, which includes a long-term contract, was confirmed by Goal Management and Epic Sports agencies.
“Filip Jørgensen to Chelsea, here we go! Deal done and closed right now between clubs,” Romano tweeted. “Chelsea will pay €24.5 million for the talented Danish goalkeeper, with a long-term agreement in place. New goalkeeper for Maresca.”
