Transfer deadline: Aubameyang arrives London

Former Arsenal captain, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, has arrived in London to complete a switch to Chelsea from Barcelona.

The striker has been pictured in London ahead of his move to Chelsea.

The Gabon striker offered some short answers to a journalist’s questions as he headed into a London hotel.

Asked if he’s happy to be playing in the Premier League again, he said: “For sure, I’m back.”

And asked if he’s excited to play under Thomas Tuchel once more, he added: “It’s nice.”

Meanwhile, Denis Zakaria has completed his medical at Stamford Bridge to complete a move from Juventus to Chelsea.

Football transfer expert, Romano Fabrizio tweeted, “Here on his first night as Chelsea player, right after medical tests completed in Turin. He will sign the contract in the next few minutes.”
