Endrick was visibly emotional during his official presentation as a new Real Madrid player on Saturday.
The 18-year-old Brazilian forward, who will don the number 16 shirt for the La Liga club, described his signing as “a dream come true.”
Real Madrid secured the young talent from Palmeiras in December 2022. However, Endrick was only able to join the club officially on July 21, 2024, upon turning 18.

“This is surreal. I am so happy; I have been a Madrid fan since I was a kid, and now I get to play for Madrid,” Endrick said.
“I am here, I will play, and my family and I are ecstatic. I am at a loss for words to describe my emotions.
This was always my dream, and now it’s a reality.”
