Transfer: Former Super Eagles midfielder, Onazi moves to Bahrain

Former Super Eagles midfielder, Ogenyi Onazi has linked up with Bahrain Premier League club, East Riffa.

Onazi last played for the Italian Serie D club, Casertana FC.

The 30-year-old trained with Nigeria Professional Football League outfit, Remo Stars last month.

The combative midfielder has been plagued by injuries in recent years.

The vastly travelled player has featured for clubs in Italy, Turkey, Lithuania, Saudi Arabia and Denmark.

He was a member of the Super Eagles squad that won the 2013 Africa Cup of Nations in South Africa.
