Former Barcelona player, Lobo Carrasco has stated that Lionel Messi desperately wants to come back to Camp Nou this summer.
Messi left Barcelona in the summer of 2021 after a disagreement with the Catalan giants over his wages.
The Argentinian football icon has not played to the expectations of the supporters and seems to be finding life difficult in Paris.
And now, Carasco said he is keen on returning to Barcelona from PSG.
“Messi wants to return to Barcelona, but it still hasn’t happened. Some things are missing,” Carrasco stated on El Cherington on Thursday, according to Marca.
“From now until January, we will learn if Messi can return,” he said.
The Argentina international’s contract in Paris expires next summer.
