Transfer: Nottingham Forest join Ndidi race

Nottingham Forest have joined the race to sign Leicester City midfielder Wilfred Ndidi.

According to The Telegraph, Forest have turned to Ndidi after they were priced out of a move for PSV Eindhoven star Ibrahim Sangare.

The 26-year-old has previously been linked with Scottish club Celtic, and there is also interest from Saudi Arabia.

Leicester City will demand around £20 million for the Nigeria international.

Ndidi is open to leaving Leicester City following the club’s relegation from the Premier League.

He joined the Foxes from Belgian Pro League side KRC Genk in January 2017.
