Transfer: Nwakaeme unhappy in Saudi Arabia, wants return to Turkey

Date:

Nigeria forward, Anthony Nwakaeme is keen on a return to his Turkish club after spending just a few months in Saudi Arabia with Al Feiha.

Nwakaeme spent four years in Turkey with Trabzonspor before switching over to the Saudi Arabia Professional League in the summer.

He helped Trabzonspor win the Turkish Super Lig crown last season.

According to a Turkish news outlet, A Spor, the 33-year-old is open to a return to Turkey.

The striker has so far scored three goals in six appearances for Al Feiha.

Besiktas are reportedly weighing up a move for the player.

The Black Eagles are short on the flanks following Rachid Ghezzal’s injury and have identified Nwakaeme as a target.
