U20 AFCON: Flying Eagles Goalkeeper Targets World Cup Ticket

Date:

Nigeria’s Flying Eagles goalkeeper Chijioke Aniagboso has insisted that their focus is on the World Cup ticket.

The Nigerian team will take on the Hippos of Uganda in the quarter-final of the U20 African Cup of Nations and the winner will secure a place in the FIFA World Cup in Indonesia.

While speaking on the game, the goalkeeper said they always talk about the game and their coaches have prepared them for the task ahead.

“Our focus is on that game, we talk about and sleep about the game all the time.

The hard work of our coaches from Monday till now has made us ready, so on Thursday we are going all out to do our best.

The reason we are in this competition is because of the World Cup ticket, I’m positive with my teammates and I believe we are going to get the ticket”, he said.
