Ahead of the 2023 U20 African Cup of Nations in Egypt, the Nigeria U-20 team, Flying Eagles is set to resume training next week following the submission of the team programme by its gaffer Ladan Isah Bosso and its approval by the Nigeria Football Federation chiefs.
Bosso and his wards qualified for the competition in style after they emerged as the champions of the WAFU B regional qualifier in Niger Republic.
Flying Eagles remained one of the continent’s successful teams at the FIFA U-20 World Cup who were two-time finalists in 1989 and 2005.
