UFC League 2024: Ipaye Offers Support As Bethel Beat De Pros 2-0

Ex-international, Wasiu Ipaye  was on ground amongst the crowd to offer support to FC Bethel Sporting as they defeated De Pros FC 2-0 in the last game of Week One in the ongoing 2024/2025 United Football Championship league match played on Sunday.

The game, which was at the Legacy pitch, Lagos, saw Ipaye rallying round Bethel which has been drawn as  Ipaye FC and will be handled by coach Wasiu Ipaye at the fourth coming Ex international cup in Lagos from June 1 to June 30 according to organisers, Lagos State Football Association (LSFA).

Ipaye, who was impressed by the performance of the boys, had the opportunity to see the team in a match situation to avail him first hand  information on how to set up his team during the Ex international cup.

“It was an all round performance from the boys and I’m really impressed with them.

“I think we are good to go for the ex international cup once the boys can replicate what I saw here today.

“Not much needs to be done again to have them playing at  full throttle”, he said.

A whooping N20m is up for grab as prize money for the Ex international cup.
