Super Falcons head Coach Randy Waldrum is good to go ahead of the WAFCON 2022 in Morocco after naming his 25-woman squad.
Randy’s squad was confirmed via Nigeria Football Federation’s (NFF) verified Twitter handle on Friday.
Headlining the list expectedly were Barcelona forward Asisat Oshoala,Onome Ebi, Ashleigh Plumptre, Francisca Ordega, Chiamaka Nnadozie, Osinachi Ohale and Rasheedat Ajibade.
Also listed are Halimatu Ayinde, Gift Monday, Tochukwu Oluehi, Ngozi Okobi-Okeoghene, Toni Payne and Rita Chikwelu among others.
The Falcons have been drawn in Group C of the championship will open shop against rivals Banyana Banyana of South Africa before taking on Botswana and Burundi respectively.
Super Falcons who already have eleven titles of the continental fiesta in the kitty are eyeing the one more to seal a dozen.
The Morocco event will equally be used as qualifier for the 2023 FIFA women world cup to be hosted by Australia and New Zealand.
