Bayer Leverkusen forward, Victor Boniface has revealed the advantage manager, Xabi Alonso has over other top coaches in the world.
Alonso guided Die Werkself to their first-ever Bundesliga title last weekend.
Leverkusen are also in the final of the DFB Pokal and semi-final of the UEFA Europa League.
Alonso won everything during his playing career and is already one of the most highly rated coaches in the world.

Boniface claimed the gaffer’s performance during training has been a major influence on the players.
“Imagine you’re training and your coach is doing better than you,” Boniface told AFP in an interview.
“Then you want to step up your game.
“For him to be involved in training gives us a boost.
“Sometimes he tells me of players he played with, with similar abilities to me. He tries to improve me in my weakest areas.”
