Olympic bronze medalist, Ese Brume continued her impressive form this season with another steeler performance at the 69th ORLEN Janusz Kusocinski Memorial 2023, World Athletics Continental Tour Silver event in Chorzów, Poland, on Sunday, June 4.
Brume conquered the women’s long jump event with a giant leap of 6.81m (0.1) ahead of Quanesha Burks who jumped 6.77m for 2nd while Agate De Sousa took 3rd with 6.76m.

The long jump star started off her 2023 campaign at the Botswana Golden Prix in Gaborone in April with a world lead distance of 6.77m, which placed her ninth on the world’s top list behind compatriot Ruth Usoro (6.83m).
The Silver-level ORLEN Janusz Kusocinski Memorial taking place in Chorzow on 5 June will become a Gold-level meeting to maintain the 12-strong Gold tour.
