World Cup playoff: Ighalo, Osimhen, lookman Keeps Hope Alive

Al Hilal S. FC forWard Odion Ighalo, Napoli FC forward Victor Osimhen and Leicester city winger Ademola Lookman have keep the World Cup playoff against Ghana alive as players ready for action billed for March 24th and 27th respectively.

These players were not able to play at the just concluded African Cup of Nation in Cameroon because of Clubs engagements and none FIFA approal or switch of Ademola lookman as at the period of the competition.

SportsDayonline.com authoritatively garthered that Idion Ighalo has assured his fans on his readiness to return to Super Eagles Action next month.

Super Eagles hitman Victor Osimhen said,” I have no reason to be absent from the next game against Ghana. i am well prepared to return to the team also play my part in qualifying Nigeria for the World Cup,” he said.

Ademola lookman who just got an approval from World football governing body FIFA to play for Nigeria also shown some exciting moment and proved his readiness to play against ghana next month.

the first leg will be played in West Coast of Ghana on the march 24th while the reutrn leg will b play at Mshood Abiola Stadium Abuja on the March 27th.
