2022 World Cup: Two countries eliminated from Round of 16

As of Saturday, at least two teams have been eliminated from the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.

The two teams are the United States of America (USA) and Australia.

The USA crashed out of the ongoing World Cup in Qatar after losing 3-1 against the Netherlands in the last 16 on Saturday evening.

Memphis Depay, Daley Blind and Denzel Dumfries scored the goals for Louis van Gaal’s side against the USA.

Australia, meanwhile, lost 2-1 against Argentina on Saturday night.

Lionel Messi and Julian Alvarez scored the goals for the La Albiceleste against Australia.

Meanwhile, two more countries will be eliminated from the round of 16 later today.

France will face Poland, while England will tackle Senegal.
