Abia Warriors left winger, Nonso Nzediegwu, is optimistic about his team’s chances in the upcoming clash against Katsina United.
Nzediegwu acknowledged that this season has been challenging for all teams in the NPFL, but believes that Abia Warriors showed resilience in their game against Kano Pillars at the Sani Abacha Stadium and were rewarded for it.
Although Abia Warriors has not had a good run in their last three matches after earning a deserved result in Kano, they hope to rejuvenate their season.
Nzediegwu emphasized the need for Abia Warriors to play the game of their lives in Katsina, take the chances that come their way, and work together as a cohesive unit.
The former Ifeanyi Ubah and Enyimba winger, he knows the importance of coordination and teamwork in achieving success.

“It has been a tough and interesting season for all teams in the NPFL, but this second half of the season has been a challenging one looking at the results week-in-week-out and the trend on the log.
“We showed resilience in our game against Kano Pillars at the Sani Abacha Stadium and got rewarded with the points.
“Though Abia Warriors may not have had a good run in its last three matches after earning a deserved result in Kano, we hope to rejuvenate our season.
“As we did against Kano Pillars, we have to play the game of our lives in Katsina, take the chances that come our way and be coordinated as a unit.”
