Nigeria’s Super Eagles were unable to secure a win against Rwanda in their 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier, which ended in a 0-0 draw on Tuesday in Kigali.
The match saw the Super Eagles left frustrated after what appeared to be a legitimate goal was disallowed in the first half. Victor Boniface’s header from a throw-in was followed by Ademola Lookman putting the ball into the net, but the referee ruled it out.

Both teams had chances, but strong performances from the goalkeepers ensured the scoreline remained unchanged.
Nigeria currently leads Group D with four points, while Rwanda holds second place with two points.
