AFCON2020: Chukwueze Dedicates Goal to Victor Osimhen

Villarreal and Super Eagles forward Samuel Chukwueze has dedicated his first goal against Sudan in the ongoing African Cup of Nation to his best friend and brother Victor Osimhen.

Osimhen who suppose to be part of the current squad in Garoua for the AFCON was excused because of health challenges and injury sustained during his club match.

According to Chukwueze,”I dedicate my goal of the tournament to my best friend and brother Victor Osimhen who is not here with us but hopefully i will see him in march when we will play World Cup play off.

Speaking on the victory,  Chukwueze expressed joy over the victory, saying it a well deserved winning, ” i am so happy we won today’s match against Sudan.

“Though our opponent is a good side but we are the better side, so i am so excited for also scoring too and i hope to keep scoring in this tournament,” Samuel Chukwueze said.
