Eniola Olajuni, the kidnapped National President of the Afenifere Youth Council, has been released.
His release, after spending 12 days in captivity, was confirmed by the Youth Council’s National Secretary, Biodun Aderohunmu, on Saturday.
“He has been released,” Aderohunmu said.
According to The Nation, Olajuni was abducted on Monday, February 17, while traveling to Abuja for a meeting. In a viral video, he revealed that the kidnappers had demanded N100 million and two tricycles as ransom for his release.
